These terms govern purchases of digital products and access passes sold by TSD CONSULTANCY - FZCO (Trade Licence No. 60649, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates — "TSD", "we") through the websites of our brands, including foldsong.com, theshelfpress.com and emberlost.com.
Payments are handled by our payment partners. TSD CONSULTANCY - FZCO is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your receipt; the payment processor (for example Stripe) is identified at checkout.
Products are digital and delivered immediately after successful payment, by e-mail and/or account access on the relevant brand site.
Time-limited passes (e.g. 1 month, 1 year) end automatically — they do not renew and no further charge is taken. Lifetime passes last for the commercial life of the relevant product. Passes are personal and non-transferable.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, save for the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy (statutory consumer rights, non-delivery, and refunds granted by the payment provider). Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers in the EU, UK or elsewhere.
Content remains the property of TSD or its licensors and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
