This policy covers digital purchases from TSD CONSULTANCY - FZCO brand websites. TSD is the seller of record; any refund granted under this policy is processed through the original payment method.
Our products are digital and delivered immediately — access passes, downloadable patterns and templates, music and stories. Because delivery is instant and the content cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or granted by us at our discretion (see below).
You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this waives the withdrawal right once delivery begins. Your other statutory rights — including remedies for faulty or misdescribed content — are not affected by this policy.
If content is defective, or you cannot access what you purchased and we cannot put it right promptly, you receive a full refund. This is not an exception to the rule above: you are simply not charged for something you did not receive.
You may raise a chargeback with your bank or card issuer; that route sits outside this policy. In exceptional cases we may also grant a refund at our discretion, processed through the original payment method.
Each brand website may publish its own refund terms and contact address. Where a brand publishes its own policy for purchases made on that site, that brand's policy governs those purchases. In the absence of a brand-specific policy, this policy applies.
